AVOID. A slick look with no substance, beyond high prices. We had to run after several waters after waiting at the reception for 20 min past our reservation time to be seated. All while there were max 2 tables of guests there. Then we waited a further 30 min to get a menu, as the only waiter apparently allowed to give menus was too busy making phone calls on his phone (!) in the middle of the restaurant (!) Dear man, its your job as the head waiter get that stuff done before dining hours. We ordered kids food immediately for direct service. 20 min later we placed our order. And then, our food was bought out and the kids food took another 10 min to come. AGAIN, They had screwed up royally: the kids food came out charcoaled and tasteless, hastily cooked by an unskilled chef. The same chef that served wheat containing ingredients, Every. Single. Time. a plate was bought to us - when we expressed at every opportunity, the need for gluten free food. WHAT A RIPOFF AT €88 for two kids meals, 2 glasses of wine and 2 miniscule portion risottos....

Horrible, very BAD!!! We were only 2 people in whole restaurant, chef shouldn’t be busy, but still they managed to make a steak which was ordered as medium-rare to be burned as dry as a rubber shoe pad. In addition after we asked if they can replace it or not to charge us for that steak ( by the way the rest of our bill was about 80 euros without wine) they started to insult us with racist and nationalist phrases. The manager is just very unpleasant person who didn’t care about anything. We only asked if instead of 25 euro steak which we haven't eaten maybe they can offer us at least a small desert and their answer was only insults and racist commentary.
