Le Montana — Restaurant in Draguignan

One of four in our group wanted Moules Marines, and that is why we chose this place, because it seemed to be the restaurants speciality. The others of us wanted pasta, so that is what we ordered from the menu.

First of all, the taste of the pasta was worse than if I would make it at home and then microwave it. It was overcooked pasta with a splash of pesto.

But now to the worst - we got a can of parmesan with the pasta. And when we sprinkled it over our pasta, we discovered blue pieces of cheese. There were huge CHUNKS OF MOLD in the parmesan!! We told the waitress, and she did not even say sorry. She just said "want some thing else?" in a very nonchalant tone. Very bad service and we were very disgusted! The Moules frites was good, but aparently that is the only thing you can eat at...

We were the only ones in the entire restaurant during lunch time, which was odd, in thought of the alleged popularity. This may have been because of the heat, and the lack of a cooling source in the restaurant.

Food was decent, nothing exceptional. The beef tartare was good, and the desserts delicious. Entrecôte was nothing special and even slightly overcooked.

Je suis allé chez Le Montana pour la première fois sur la recommandation d’un amis et j’ai été très impressionné par la qualité de la nourriture et le service amical. Le restaurant est situé dans un endroit pratique et facilement accessible, ce qui en fait un excellent choix pour une soirée entre amis ou en famille. Le menu propose une grande variété de plats français, allant des fruits de mer aux viandes en passant par les pâtes. J’ai opté pour les moules aux 13 sauces au choix et je n’ai pas été déçu. Les moules étaient parfaitement cuites et les sauces étaient savoureuses sans être trop lourdes. Mon ami a choisi le steak grillé et a également été très satisfait de son choix. Le personnel était très accueillant et serviable tout au long de notre repas. Ils ont pris le temps de nous expliquer les différents plats du menu et ont été très attentifs à nos besoins tout au long du repas. Dans l’ensemble, j’ai passé une excellente soirée chez Le Montana et je recommande vivement ce restaurant à tous ceux qui cherchent une expérience culinaire...
