Memphis - Restaurant Diner — Restaurant in Dunkirk

American restaurant with a twist to tailor the locals, portion is definitely not as big as American sized food. Huge choices of burgers, tacos, and nuggets. It took a while to make the best decision on what ones really want. Service varied on staff, the waiter who took orders was nice and friendly. He was willing to explain and provided choices. The waitress who brought the food was rude, she just passed the food and had no intentions to put the food on the table. Atmosphere was definitely American vibes and the downside was flies were very irritating and they kept coming...

What I had was not on the list on here ,but I had the new pulled pork dish ,the waitress said be careful as was very hot ,that was the first thing it was warm at the most ,then I started to eat my pulled pork dish with salad ,well pork just edible ,but the bowl was mainly boiled rice with little bit of pork topping ,at 16.00 euros not worth even 5 euros ,place looked nice and clean and staff were okay ,but the we had as a couple was disappointing , although not a lover of macdonalds we should have...

Accueil à revoir, très décevant. On nous dépose à notre table sans rien nous dire. La personne semblait être agacée d’être là (la personne qui semblait être la responsable de la soirée).

Lors de notre prise de commande, aucune proposition, aucune question pour s’intéresser à notre commande. Nous avons commandé une planche de 10 tapas à manger AVANT notre plat. Avant, la question était toujours posée pour savoir s'il y aurait un envoi plus tard pour les plats, là, rien. Bien évidemment, la planche attend 10 min avec nos burgers à côté, sous la lampe, car tout le monde lit le ticket mais ne sait pas le ramener. Trop occupé à rigoler. La planche de 10 tapas était déjà bien tiède…

On vient nous demander si les plats étaient à servir en même temps que notre entrée, bien évidemment non. ( Car oui, tout le monde avait remarqué qu’il y avait une erreur...) Donc nos plats sont restés sous la lampe devant nos yeux (car oui, placés devant le chauffe-plat, on voyait tout, donc nos plats qui attendaient... pas très sympas).

Plats servis. Le burgers était resté tellement longtemps sous la lampe chauffante que notre pain a durci… oignon froid... frite limite froide...

Vraiment très déçu du service, on venait tout le temps avant, mais maintenant nous ne reviendrons plus jamais! L’équipe d’avant était beaucoup plus accueillante et s’intéressait beaucoup plus au client. Rien à dire sur Marianne, très accueillante, on voit qu’elle aime ce qu’elle fait. Mais le reste de l’équipe...
