Café de la Halle — Restaurant in Foix

Very bad experience. I went there with my partner and ordered two double expressos. Stayed there for 15 min. When going to pay, the waiter says we have to pay 6,20€ in cash, no visas accepted.First of all, my surprise about the price being incredibly expensive for two double expressos. Secondly, when I said to the waiter I have no cash, the owner appears and tells me in a very bad manner that before ordering we ought to ask which way we can pay - which I find incredible -. Customers at restaurants or bars never ask as nowadays, in the 21st century everyone pays by card. Even, if some restaurants or bars do not accept credit card, they do have that stated written somewhere where people can read it (which was absolutely not the case). Therefore, I do NOT recommend this place as I felt quite uncomfortable with the whole situation and had to give them the only 5€ note I had by chance in my purse. Disappointed about...

Very bad service. It took 45 minutes to serve two salads. Apparently the kitchen had forgotten our order, the waiters didn't notice that everyone who arrived after us was served and we weren't. When we complained the response was that it was the kitchen's fault, not theirs....

L'employée qui nous a encaissés nous a parlé comme si nous étions des moins que rien. Les serveurs faisaient de leur possible mais il manquait du personnel. On nous a reproché de ne pas avoir mangé et de payer quand même en tickets restaurant. Je trouve ça honteux.

La politesse est aussi disponible que le dimanche ? Car votre employée nous a parlé comme des animaux. Nous rappeler que les tickets ne sont que pour manger, gentiment, la note aurait pu être plus haute. Dommage que le propriétaire ne parle que des tickets restaurant et non de la politesse de son employée. Heureusement que ce sont les serveurs qui...
