Very mixed feelings.

The beer is excellent and the food is ok, and relatively cheap compared to the other places in the area.

I came today for a team lunch with my colleagues and we had an awful experience with the waiter: he was rude (ignoring us, answering us in an annoyed way even though we were asking simple questions, showing a bad attitude in general), he gave us some water bottles without bringing glasses, while he was serving one of our desserts it slipped and fell on the ground, and, most probably, he made some wrong calculations and we ended up paying 16 euros more for our meal.

I can understand the slow service, there were a lot of people. Also, I can understand accidents happen and anyone can have a bad day. What I have a hard time to justify is his rude behavior. I'm not saying he should always put a smile on his face but there are more polite ways to interact with a customer (we didn't mistreat him at all and we have been polite on our side until the very end of the lunch). The other waiters I've interacted with on all the other occasions I've been here have been perfect.

Take your money and run - Bad service with bad attitude. We waited 15 minutes to be seated (there were Empty tables everywhere) while the rude hostess kept igniting us , saying that nothing is possible. Not possible to sit/wait at the (empty) lounge next to the front door, not possible to order an apero at the ( empty) bar, not possible to order of fries (for my youngest child who was very hungry) , ‘NON!’ After finally being seated amongst hungry looking people with out food on their tables I politely asked how long it was taking the users to arrive, the dialogue nearly became an argument ! After another 20 minutes ( we were told 2 minutes ) the server never arrived. Waste of 30 plus minutes. We bailed to the (packed) restaurant next door...I’ll Ristorante ...where they greeted us with a smile, found a table for us immediately and ( spotting hungry kids and frazzled adults) took our order right away...wine and food on the table in minutes....DO NOT BOTHER...

Delicious food, delicious dessert, good ambiance, very friendly Gerald, our server who surprisingly speaks good English!! He is also obliging and looks like a vibrant person, indeed a good servie from Gerald!! Definitely a good brewery restaurant to have a delectable meal. Although our very first dining experience when the restaurant was still a new eating place in Olympie was very disappointing. I ordered entrecôte, and the piece of beef was hard as rock. No dinner that night, should have complained in the first place but it escaped my mind to do it. This was before the pandemic. Glad that the restaurant’s menu is very much improved, menu is much better- it offers a wide variety of options than previous years.
