EXCELLENT FISH, but too many smokers outside. I understand people like to smoke outside, even at dinner, but in a small public place where other people are trying to enjoy the fresh air and food, it is inconsiderate. One couple in particular smoked at least 3 cigarettes each during our dinner. We skipped dessert because it was that bad. Unfortunate because we really enjoyed the sole and St. Pierre (aka John Dory). Mashed potatoes and green beans were delicious, too. Service was very slow. So I didn't really understand why she would decline paying customers to favour non existing customers. Anyway after me telling her off we chose a different table and got another waiter who served us well. The food...
