5/5 – The Ultimate Vitamin-Packed Street Food Experience at Mamaboon!

If you're ever in Antibes and craving something that hits the soul, not just the stomach — Mamaboon is your spot. This place is an absolute gem, tucked away in the charming streets of the Côte d’Azur, serving up bold, energizing street food that tastes as good as it makes you feel.

I had the Boom Chicken, and let me tell you — the name doesn't lie. It was an explosion of flavor, texture, and that feel-good kind of fuel your body actually thanks you for. Juicy, perfectly seasoned chicken with a crispy edge, layered over vibrant, vitamin-packed ingredients — think super fresh veggies, herbs, and a zingy sauce that tied it all together like a Michelin-starred hug. It's not just food — it’s nutrition meets street culture in the most delicious way.

You can tell the Mamaboon team really knows what they’re doing — every bite feels crafted, yet effortless. The vibe is casual but full of heart, like your coolest friend who also happens to be a health-conscious chef.

I left feeling full, energized, and already planning my next visit. Whether you're a foodie, fitness junkie, or just someone who wants to eat something real, Mamaboon is a must. Do yourself a favor and order the Boom Chicken — your taste buds will throw a party and your body will send you a...

Great new spot for quick Vietnamese food!

The owner is as sweet as ever and takes so much pride in the food he prepares for you being able to share a little of his culture with everyone that pops in (although still a little Frenchie at heart 😋)

The ingredients are fresh and flavors are all there from the noodle bowls to the sandwiches and their Vietnamese coffee. The interior is still getting finished but the heart is there and the looks will come.

Highly recommend checking out MamaBoon.

Side note I personally love being able to see the chefs prepare my food and they have a glass wall so you are able to see everything. There are a few tables to enjoy the last rays of sunshine for the summer and a couple spots inside. So order at the kiosk and grab a chair and your tasty food will be right out to you within minutes.

I know I’ll be back. Have gone twice already enjoying the mini boon veggie sandwich, chicken boon sandwich, the noodle bowl, and a tasty Vietnamese coffee. I very much look forward to the winter menu change too of some...

Little tiny unassuming place in the heart of Old Village in Antibes. We were vacationing and my husband wanted Vietnamese food. We found MamaBoon and were seriously skeptical when we arrived.

We went early, and a couple of patrons were sitting outside. Seating is very limited here (some inside tables as well), but we realized that the food comes out fairly quickly, so it wasn’t an issue. The restaurant is one of the few that does takeout, too. Ordering is done through an iPad at the front of the shop, with a slightly limited menu, but the food? DELICIOUS.

We got the pork and chicken boon. Everything was so tender and fried spring rolls were done to perfection. Great flavor!! The sauce that is poured on top was a little on the tart side rather than sweet.

We enjoyed this simple meal so much we went back another night for takeout. Definitely visit if you need a quick and simple alternative to...

By far one of the best places I’ve tried for Vietnamese cuisine. Convenient ordering via a large tablet outside in a number of different languages. Paper menus available. Range of drinks available for purchase including kombucha, beers, bottled soft drinks and water. Some indoor seating and outdoor patio table and chairs. Very prompt and friendly service. Owner is quick to answer any questions or provide recommendations according to taste. Tried the Bo bun with pork. Pork was crispy with flavorful fat in all the right places. Spring roll was spiced well and equally spectacular. I wanted to save the cute sticker off the container as a souvenir of this memorable meal but sadly I ripped it in the process of peeling it off the lid. Overall, amazing spot highly worth visiting.
