Waitiki — Restaurant in Grasse

If you are a Russian the serves will be great. If not, it's terrible. The menu is in French, English and Russian. We asked the waiter if he spoke English, the answer was "Ich spreche Deutsch" (because we were Dutch?). We have to ask the waiter multiple times for the sauce for the mussels. Eventuality we walked to the kitchen and got it ourselves! A shame! Than all the Russians around us got the question if everything is alright? And do you need anything? Can I get you another drink? They had no eye for us... Than al our neighbors got there menu complete, with bread and fries and we didn't... The food was average...

Salve sono il gestore di questo stabilimento, Volevo ringraziare tutti i clienti che hanno apprezzato ed anche quelli che in parte non hanno apprezzato perché ci hanno dato modo di migliorarci. Lo so è difficile se non impossibile accontentare tutti ma questo staff formidabile lavora giorno per giorno cercando di migliorare le performance e non sempre ci riesce ma la ristorazione è così alti e bassi ed è per questo che le macchine non potranno mai sostituire l’uomo perché l’uomo è fatto di sentimenti positivi e negativi…. Piccola parentesi a tutti i fantastici clienti:spendere il risultato del proprio lavoro ( i soldi) non significa avere assoluto potere sull altro. Quindi siate cortesi,siate grati se la vostra birra era grande invece che piccola non fate scandali.. nn trattate male le persone che per cercar di farvi stare bene vivono perennemente sotto il caldo di agosto. Trattar male chi cerca di offrirvi un servizio non serve a nulla con la calma ed il sorriso tutto si risolve. Siete in vacanza divertitevi Grazie da parte nostra buone vacanze estive! La direzione Ringrazio tutti i collaboratori del waitiki 2023 che con la loro costanza hanno cercato di accontentare le richieste di tutti i clienti. Senza voi nulla sarebbe potuto accadere! Frozen vegetables still as frozen as ice cubes on plates which were served within 5 minutes, drenched in oil. The gambas shrimp were also frozen and reheated and tasted awful. Part of the fish filet was also just cold. The Aperol Spritz came without bubbles (no prosecco or sparkling wine). The staff did not seem to care about anything whatsoever.
