Me and my friends are exchange students studying in France. From the moment we knew we'd be in France, we planned a ski trip to the French alps. Even though we planned our trip for months, once the day came around it seemed like anything that could go wrong went wrong. But for our trip there was a great sliver lining, his name was Bastien.
Once we arrived at the mountain, our housing booking was cancelled due to an issue with booking.com. Thankfully our original host helped us out to find a new place to stay for our trip, and she later introduced us to her goated boyfriend Bastien. Bastien greeted us with kindness and told us about the area, he mentioned he owned a little burger joint on the mountain where him and his buddies served the biggest burgers in the area. We promised to make a stop that night.
When we got there, him and his workers welcomed us with great kindness and warmth. Not only that but they served us some the most delicious food we had on the mountain. These burgers are killer, they're full of flavor and are gigantic. Later we hung out and had a great time with him and his buddies.
Our trip to the alps could of been ruined at any of the points that went wrong, but its because of people like Bastien, his girlfriend, and his buddies Sasha and Luca that kept our trip alive and full of adventure. And our like experience greatly reflects how awesome this restaurant is. Its more than just the burgers, it has some of the best people on the mountain working there. If you're ever in the area and are craving delicious burgers, this place is definitely is the go to spot.

Lorsque nous sommes entrĂ©s dans le restaurant, il y avait 2-3 tables vides, et personne n'attendait dehors. Nous avons d'abord demandĂ© au personnel si nous pouvions nous asseoir Ă la table du coin, et ils ont acceptĂ© avant que nous n'y allions. Donc, ce n'est pas vrai que nous y sommes allĂ©s sans permission alors qu'il y avait beaucoup de monde qui faisait la queue. En ce qui concerne le service, il nous a fallu une heure et demie entre le moment oĂč nous nous sommes assis et celui oĂč nous avons reçu nos hamburgers. Nous n'avions pas d'eau, et il n'y avait ni couverts ni serviettes sur la table. Pendant ce temps, les autres clients recevaient de l'eau dĂšs leur arrivĂ©e. Nous avons dĂ» aller chercher notre propre eau au comptoir aprĂšs 40 minutes d'attente et avoir appelĂ© le serveur sans rĂ©ponse. Nous avons Ă©galement dĂ» aller chercher nos propres couverts au comptoir. Nous comprenons que le restaurant Ă©tait trĂšs occupĂ©, mais le personnel nous a clairement ignorĂ©s intentionnellement. Les nouveaux clients qui sont entrĂ©s aprĂšs nous ont Ă©tĂ© servis un par un, tandis que nous Ă©tions complĂštement ignorĂ©s. Lorsque nous avons levĂ© la main pour la troisiĂšme fois, le personnel a rapidement poussĂ© un collĂšgue plus petit pour prendre notre commande. Le membre du personnel plus petit Ă©tait trĂšs enthousiaste, mais il Ă©tait Ă©vident que notre commande n'avait pas Ă©tĂ© passĂ©e. AprĂšs avoir attendu une heure sans eau, et voyant d'autres clients finir leurs repas et partir, remplacĂ©s par de nouveaux clients qui ont Ă©galement reçu leurs hamburgers, nous n'avions toujours pas reçu les nĂŽtres. Nous avons dĂ» demander au personnel pour la quatriĂšme fois, et ils se sont excusĂ©s, disant qu'ils Ă©taient trĂšs occupĂ©s. Ce n'est qu'aprĂšs avoir demandĂ© pour la cinquiĂšme fois qu'ils ont remarquĂ© que nous n'avions pas reçu nos hamburgers et nous ont finalement apportĂ© le Coca que nous avions commandĂ©. De plus, notre hamburger n'Ă©tait accompagnĂ© que d'une seule sauce.    Read moreThe restaurant accepted a booking for a large group on holiday in the area and confirmed it was noted down but completely forgot to note this down. The staff were confrontational when we arrived and said we were here for our booking, told us we were wrong and denied accepting the booking despite having the text communications to show them it was confirmed and said it was for another restaurant. When we then showed them the number matched their number on Google they changed their story and said it must be a mistake and they are sorry but they had other reservations and could not take us.
