I phoned this morning to make a reservation for 4 people. When I got an answering machine I left a message in French which was probably not perfect but I would say clear enough for a reservation, and gave my number for a callback if there was an issue. When we arrived a female staff member asked us if we had a reservation. I explained that I had left a message. She asked us to wait and then a male staff member appeared and I explained again. He basically just shrugged his shoulders and questioned if I had done this (photo attached proves I made the call!) and basically pointed to the end of the long table in the middle and with another shrug and a sour face indicated that we could have that. We felt very unwelcome and decided to leave because of their attitude (we would have been okay with the table if they had been in any way welcoming).
