While the food was decent (my hubby liked his stake, I found the raclette so- so- nothing impressive, and the fondue good) the service was awful. The waitress was unprofessional- she was arrogant, disrespectful, and communicated poorly. She did not introduce herself or ask if we are familiar with the way raclette or fondue works or is served. She had a difficult time explaining how we should combine the raclette and fondu orders as we were five people. Also, when the fondue came she throw the basket bread on our table, she turned on the raclette machine while we were having the appetizers . We were burning there. When we ask about the wine list she just said “  QR code” without finishing her sentences. It was a continuous challenge talking with her. I speak both French and English, but found that she had difficulty answering questions in either language. Her disrespectful, arrogant and unprofessional attitude impacted our evening negatively and ruined our experience. I don’t know her name but I know she is from Lyon. I heard that there are better experiences at “casa nostra” and “crêpes à gogo “. The atmosphere was similar to that of a dinner…I would not recommend this place and will not go back.

Amazing customer service experience. When I called first to book a table for 3 for the same evening then they said it is not poasible and they are fully booked. But then I explained that we want to come already earlier at 18.30 before the main dinner time. Then I was put on hold and waitress arranged us a table. We went inside, we had such an amazing waitress who knew exactly what he was doing. We had traditional onion soup to start with and it was delicious. Also the rum coktail was amazing and recommended wines were wery good as well. As a main dish we had cut de beouf which was huuugee, definitely too big for 2 people so I would say 3 or 4 persons could share it. And also truffle ravioli were amazing. Staff was very attentive and the interior of the restaurant is cozy and private. Prices are totally reasonable and we were just SOO full and satisfies after the visit. Totally recommended! But I suggest booking a table in advance as it is fully booked even on weekdays.

This is the worst restaurant my family and I have ever visited. We made a dinner reservation and we hadn't finished our dinner yet and the waiter picked up our plate and said there were other people waiting to be seated and it wasn't even an hour since we were seated. We asked how long we could stay in the restaurant and they told us two hours, then we said that we have been in the restaurant for an hour and that this is unacceptable service and that we want to speak to the manager of the restaurant and he turned out to be rude and from the waiter and told my wife to pay and cash out that he would call the police. We still don't understand why we were treated this badly, but we felt disgusted and I'm sharing our experience to protect other people from such treatment. Avoid this restaurant unless you are French. Total discrimination.
