Last night, we had the absolute pleasure of dining at Smithy’s ADH and I can confidently say it was one of the best dining experiences we’ve ever had. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with a level of warmth and hospitality that made us feel truly welcome. We had a reservation made by phone for 7 people. When we arrived no table was available and we were approached very unpolite by a small lady who claimed she was the manager. When I said we were really having a reservation I was al almost thrown out. Absolute discrace and after many years never coming back!

update: no we made the reservation at your restaurant and no, no alternative for later in the week has been offered. And of course after this experience we will not come back to your restaurant.

if someone claiming to be the manager would treat a customer in my company the way we were treated ( or should it be threatened) yesterday, she would had gotten a formal warning, and next time fired.
