We chose this restaurant based on its Google rating and reviews, and I gotta start by saying we couldn't have chosen a better one! The five of us visited this restaurant on 17.01. which was a Friday, though I strongly recommend you to book a table the day before. We had raclettes and some wine. The place is very cozy, good ambience, warm and welcoming. The raclette was great and the portion was more than enough for a reasonable price, the service was great! Our waitress was Astrid (I hope I got her name right), the sweetest and most professional staff we've met in a long time! She was friendly, funny, spoke good english, very charming personality, 5*+ (If I ever open a restaurant in Hungary I'm definitely stealing her!!) The chefs and all other waiters were impeccable too. I strongly recommend this restaurant to anyone who likes good food and would like to have a good meal, a good time, in a good restaurant! :)

Séjour à Huez pour le ski, finition en apothéose grâce à ce petit et magnifique restaurant au grand coeur !! Nous sommes venus en amoureux et attendions avec impatience la goinfrerie de clôture de la semaine. Après moults recherches, La Crémaillère s'est imposée comme une évidence, les avis dithyrambiques faisant légion - et indéniablement mérités. Réservation oblige 5 jours avant le soir fatidique (et encore, nous étions presque en retard et avons presque failli être victimes de son succès haha), pour 22h, on nous a gentiment contacté à 21h pour nous annoncer que la table était prête - attention au top niveau. Nos estomacs ont opté sur place pour la fondue au champagne avec supplément charcuterie, après la torture mentale de devoir choisir entre plats fromagers et plats cuisinés semblant tous absolument délicieux. La patronne a d'ailleurs gentiment répondu à notre demande de conseil, avec des précisions déterminantes. Nous avons terminé sur la mousse au citron/yuzu, notamment grâce à l'adorable serveuse qui nous a charmé de sa bienveillance et son sourire tout au long du repas. Et que dire de celui-ci, à part qu'on n'en revient toujours pas !! La fondue au champagne était exquise, d'un goût inimitable (n'hésitez pas à demander l'histoire de sa bienencontreuse création à la charismatique patronne), l'accompagnement et la charcuterie succulents et de qualité ; et la mousse au citron... divine et délicieusement exécutée par un chef, initialement pâtissier (heureusement qu'il fait le plaisir de ces clients d'être aussi passé derrière les fourneaux vu l'excellence de sa cuisine), dont on ressent vraiment le goût et la générosité ! Je suis repartie avec le ventre plein d'étoiles et un nouveau dessert préféré 👏 Merci infiniment à toute l'équipe chaleureuse qui fait vivre cet endroit, féérique de surcroît avec sa déco chalet cocooning super réconfortante, nous régale littéralement les papilles et nous ruine pour les autres restos ! 🫶 Trop hâte de revenir skier pour aussi bien manger 🤤

We went here for a Christmas dinner and it was the best food I had in ages. I had the pork and the meat was perfectly cooked and so very tasty! The desserts were also superb. The restaurant itself has a great atmosphere and a nice decor. To top it all of the waitress who served us was very kind and helpful doing her best to speak English while suggesting the best food and wines on the menu. We had a very nice evening and I would certainly recommend this restaurant to others!

Vegan review - They have a good vegetarian selection, which for a French restaurant is commendable. They had one vegan option which is billed as a salad (bottom of menu in picture). After a tonne of skiing I was pretty gutted to have salad as the only vegan option (hungry belly!). However, it was absolutely fantastic! Really delicious selection of lots of different bits and pieces and filling with bread and potatoes too (to fuel my ski legs). The restaurant ambience is nice. The wine very good. It loses stars for the customer service. There was a real abruptness from the waiter when we asked about vegan options. It must offend his French sensibilities, "You must take that salad. No cream. No cheese." Oh right, ok then. Then they seemed to think it was ok to make jokes about me "You're not a vegan haha!" when I tried some of my friend's raclette. It felt like I was being mocked which no one should expect when going out for a meal. Some vegans are strict. Some are flexible. Don't laugh at your guests is pretty basic...

Amazing restaurant !! We were pleased we booked in advance and saved this restaurant for our final night after seeing all the positive reviews. We we're a party of 10 and were seated downstairs, the restaurant is small but that makes it feel cosy, as soon as you walk in you are hit with the most delicious smell of cheese, meat and wine. I had Calamari for starter, huge portion and tasted lovely, between our table we pretty much ordered every main meat dish on the menu, I had the pork and it was amazing! But i also tried some of everyone else's, the Cote De Boeuf was huge and cooked to perfection and the duck was one of the best I have ever tasted! It was great value for money considering how lovely our food and evening was. Couldn't recommend this place highly enough, well...
