Buffalo Grill Issoire — Restaurant in Issoire

To avoid!!! Customer Service is WORST. We went to this Buffalo Grill as a family of 3 (2 Adults and 1 kid) last August 17 in the evening. It was just near our hotel so it was very convenient for us as WE WERE SUPER TIRED AND HUNGRY. There was a queue so we waited but when it was our turn the server- a guy with glasses rolled his eyes on us and asked us if we have any reservation. For the whole time we waited I didn't hear him asked the other customers for reservation so we were surprised. To make the story short we made reservation directly to this guy and was asked to come back by 9:00pm. Comes 9:00pm and we were already at the door 2 families in front of us. Us being nice we didn't asked to be served first instead we still waited for our turn. Again no reservations were asked from these people. And when it was our turn. This guys eyes rolled again at us and his voice was super pissed off and left us standing there for a very long time!!!! Due to an unforeseen circumstance to a staff emergency (to which we hope all is ok with the staff member), we ended up not eating here this evening. So this makes the main point of this review about the server whom to which was most unpleasant, rude, and downright unprofessional on every level. What a disappointment from a generally good chain! If this lady does not enjoy her job or serving patrons, then she is in the wrong profession. What a joke to have someone like her at the front of house... To conclude, go to the Courtepaille instead! Staff are wonderfully pleasant and happy! So thanks for this experience to have made us leave this establishment for the nearby...

Lucie the waitress was very pleasant but the rest of the experience was terrible. Our meals arrived - my fries were obviously from last night’s service as they were dried out, hollow and burnt. My husband had freshly cooked fries but one was still frozen having missed the frier.😳 Generally no one cares here, especially the manager, who seemed indifferent to our fries issues and replaced them without comment. Staff are obviously minimum wage and just there for a bit of social interaction with the customers just being a distraction. The BBQ chicken was average and my husband’s burger cold, by the time we had sorted out the fries. Probably best to avoid...
