Island Poké — Restaurant in La Rochelle

Fabulous food. This place is right next to the main food market in La Rochelle and offers done in and take out.

All the ingredients looked and tasted super fresh. My wife and I both went for the Chirashis bowls - one with salmon and tuna and the other salmon and avocado. Wow - really tasty - glad we had our lunch here.

Très belle surprise à La Rochelle situé juste à côté du marché couvert.

Poké bowls bien colorés et garnis. Ça donne un beau plat agréable à l'œil et qui donne envie d'être manger de suite!!! Côté papilles, c'est sacrément bon avec des légumes ou assortiments parfois un peu plus atypiques. J'ai pris un poké bowl saumon présent sur la carte et faut avouer que j'ai absolument tout mangé. Restaurant parfait pour les végétariens.

Côté volume, il existe 2 versions de plat, la standard est déjà généreuse mais la "Large" fera plaisir au gourmand. Les locaux ne sont pas très grands mais joliment décorés et bien entretenus. Coté service, le personnel présent était très agréable et serviable. Côté tarif. C'est autour de 12 à 14 euros en médium et compter 3 euros pour la version plus grande. Ajouter qq euros pour votre boisson et vous aurez une belle expérience à moindre...

Food was good, however, there were a couple of flies flying around the ingredients, I told that to the lady taking our order, and she answered me "t'inquiète pas, c'est normal".

Sorry, but it's not normal to have flies around the food, please...
