Some meals you forget before the coffee arrives… And then there are meals like this, that decide to take up permanent residence in your memory. The gazpacho was a lively overture, each spoonful a cool whisper of summer. The vegetable dish came cloaked in a sauce of rich, layered depth - velvety and full-bodied - drawing its cast of ingredients into a harmonious finale. The fish was a quiet marvel: feather-light yet deeply satisfying, crowned with the bright originality of mustard ice cream, which danced on the palate like an unexpected encore. I was there with my boyfriend to celebrate anniversary and it was the best culinary experience I have ever experienced. Food was amazing amd very delicious. Découvert il y a maintenant 5 ans, ce restaurant de qualité est une vraie aubaine à La Rochelle. Un rapport qualité prix à faire rougir les étoilés, une équipe jeune, attentionnée et surtout avec un talent fou ! Dans l'assiette (ou plutôt les assiettes) un réel voyage gustatif à chaque fois que j'y suis allé. Les menus du soir sont exceptionnels (tous testés et jamais été déçu). Avec des saveurs inattendues, des produits rares et de qualité, travaillés avec soin et subtilité. Les poissons sont cuits à la perfection, les sauces divines avec qu'une envie y tremper le pain maison. Le beurre, les jus, le fromage inattendu, tout est fait pour vous surprendre !

Concernant le midi, un peu plus simple mais là aussi une diversité et de la prise de risque payante (on y découvre toujours quelque chose) !

Le travail de Charlotte et Alexis est de haute volée et je ne serais pas surpris qu'il décroche rapidement une étoile ! Merci encore pour toutes ses découvertes et les moments partagés. Bravo...
