La Manufacture — Restaurant in La Tour-du-Pin

I am coming here since 2015. Year by year similar things to complain and sometimes stellar. Yesterday, the duck breast with sweet potato mash a dream. At lunch the steak no tender and more or less cold on the inside. The thing with cold dishes is something which i have to complain since years. Chartreuse in a long drink glass is not elegant, take a Cognac glass makes such a more stylish impression. I keep telling this. And lastly, Communard ( Aperitive) is Lyon local, why not serve it? Burgers were good, salad was okay, and the steak was terrible. It was about the same color as ketchup on the inside and sent it back, came back and tasted like chewy charcoal. The steak was cooked way too hot. Fries were good along with the beer....

Acceptable quality of the food, but not excellent. Prices are rather high when compared to restaurants at short distance from this place. Point for improvement: provide a steak knife when someone ordered steak, try not to ask someones room...
