L’aromate — Restaurant in Le Mans

Our first stop at Le Mans happens to be in this sandwich restaurant close to the Cathedral of St Julian. We ordered Bavette, Smash and Banh Mi. They were all good—one of the best we had in this trip. Brioche bread is done in house, which combined with the meat, sauce and vegetables made the sandwich heavenly. Reasonable pricing as it came with drinks and fries (or salad). Place was clean and server (probably the owner) was very hospitable. He made us feel at home....

This was the perfect place for high quality, fresh, delicious food. We had le bavette, le smashe and fries and all were excellent. They also do take away. The one guy working in the front was running around and doing everything he could to make sure everyone was happy. I could not recommend...
