Libertà Le Mans - Restaurant Italien Corse Festif — Restaurant in Le Mans

Well I was in Le Mans for a wedding and stayed at the Le Prince Hotel and Spa. I went to this nice restaurant because it was near by and seems like a nice restaurant. The food was amazing I had the brochette de boeuf with potatoes and a nice chocolate fondant with a vanilla ice cream , my cousin had the jambon de Parme salad and requested a tiramisu for dessert ( which never arrived ) . She asked the waitress ( a young blond woman) about it , and this woman was extremely rude . Firstly as a business owner myself and food lover I was shocked about this woman attitude, she clearly have no idea of the meaning of I quote " Le client est roi ", regardless the fact that her manager has apologised on her and his behalf she still got the nerves to leave one costumer to come and argue with the same attitude with us in front of him!!! The behaviour is totally unacceptable, unprofessional and completely ruined our all experience in that restaurant . She have no place there , and it looks like four weeks ago someone already post a review about this same lady ( all the others people working are male ). Because of this I will not recommend this place unless you know for sure she is not...

Booked and arrived in time. Waited 10 mins to be allowed in. Ordered carpaccio which was ok although a bit dry side. Main course was linguini. Asked waiter to suggest a white wine, this being seafood, followed their recommendation. The waiter offers to change the cutlery to new one, good away. Linguini arrived. No cutlery. We wait. Then go pick up cutlery from somewhere. Linguini cold by this time. No wine. When we are almost finished, the waiter arrives with a bottle of wine. At that point we now that we're almost finished so will no longer need a bottle. But we asked for a glass instead. The waiter later arrives with two glasses of ... red wine. We say we ordered white so all for a white. Time passes. We finish eating. The waiter then arrives with two glasses of white wine. We state that the wine would have been nice, but we finished already. Sent the wine back. Outcome: they ended up disliking us, we ended up not enjoying the dinner the way we had anticipated. As for the food, if warm, it would have been ordinary. When cold, not so enjoyable. Linguini was supposed to be with aioli. If there was any, it was too little...

I was invited to join one of the local tour guide dinner, and recommend the restaurant from local. since it's a recommend by the local, it probably can't go wrong.

The restaurant is fast, efficient and served the foods in15 minutes when we order the foods. the crafted alcohol is well mixed and right portion and definitely worth ordering one.

The pizza, salad, risotto are fresh, right ingredient combination, and tiramisu is one of moist does not feel like purchase from the factory. the only thing I am not able to explain if I enjoy is why the pizza dough is so chewy and feels like eating bubble gum?

general speaking, this restaurant is definitely one of the top Italian restaurant even you serve the same food in Italy, not to mention the atmosphere is spacious and modern which deserved 5 stars to begin...
