Memphis - Restaurant Diner — Restaurant in Limoges

UPDATE : Came a second time, around the same hour, burger was made and served in mere minutes and the Blue Cheese recipe is amazing (juicy bacon, perfectly tender meat, not too much cheese, brioche bun). Definitely a top team. It's 5 stars from me.

✅ The Good Came 15 minutes before the end of the midday service. Ordered and served in 15 minutes. 👍 Staff is nice and they seem to work well together. Crispy chicken was hella good. Very crispy (better than KFC) and the kick goes nicely with the sauce (though French people might not like it too much as it is pretty sweet) Burger The Memphis. Perfectly juicy, tender meat, the recipe itself is nothing special but it works well as a safe option.

❌ The Less Good Shame they have like 3 different menus they give you, with duplicate options too. (I believe they are transitioning to a new menu). Shame that Mocktails aren't served with garnish. Not a fan of the ice cream. The idea is great but the execution isn't the best. The presentation wasn't exact (missing Nutella on top. Nutella is difficult to work with but teams should have the appropriate tools) and I don't feel like the "Vanilla fudge pecan" and "Choco brownie" ice cream were of the highest quality (compared to Häagen Dazs or...

Came August 23rd, not our first time. Was outstanded by the great service and the kind, funny wait staff, especially our waiter. They asked us nice questions and seemed to care about the answers. I ordered a veggie burger and when I requested it not have bacon, they let me know bacon is automatically removed on veggie burgers, which we unfortunately haven't always had the fortune of in other restaurants. The burgers were excellent and just the right size, the starters were fascinating, and the ambiance was what some restaurants would kill for. I was worried, as we've had bad experiences at some other Memphis establishments, but Memphis Limoges takes the cake. About our visit in Memphis - Limoges. We have been completely ignored by one of the waiters, despite trying to get his attention for several minutes to get some water on the table. Not sure if this was because we are tourists and not speak french. The drinks were lovely. Even though we got the starters even before we got the drinks.
