Perhaps the best restaurant in Carnac! Diners seemed to be a mix of locals and tourists, and it was busy both times we ate there, deservedly so. The first time we had fall-off-the-bone souris d’agneau and a beautiful salad of avocado and fresh crevettes, followed by a luscious amandine with pears, chantilly, and chocolate, and an excellent crème brulée.
