Ingredients are fresh and good, but no combination that makes you saying ‘wow’. The day before we were at the Gourmandiere in Vanne, and there, the ‘wow’ comes out for your mouth, for sure. For just 80€ more, total, considering champagne drinks, for the 3 of us, I would go for the starred restaurant where no pretentious plates are on the menu, but just what it should be for a culinary experience. Just to give another example, a lot cheaper and better pleasure can be found at Pepit Goustan in Auray. Sorry Itsasoa, we booked weeks ahead, cause we were so exited to taste what might be the best of the modern and young cuisine of nowadays Bretagne. We got very disappointed.
