Bar Alpage — Restaurant in Lyon

We ordered lunch ( 2 burgers worth €30) and 2 coffees here. We then began to work on our laptops shortly after eating. 1 hour after paying for our food (at the till where you receive the food), a staff member, a middle-aged man with grey hair, approached us in a confrontational way stating that the terrace was only for clients and gestured for myself and my partner to leave or buy something else. I paid 21 euros for what they call a burger and a pepsi. The burger (with a small sallad as side) is warmed up in a little oven and rather small. Taste was ok, but parts get overheated. For that price one would expect service at the table but no, you order at the bar. Food comes quick because the burger is already pre-assembled. Ordered a burger based on the picture displayed at the entrance of the restaurant and what was given to me was completely different - small pieces of so called meat in between 2 croissants. It was inedible and cost over 15 euro. Asked for a refund and was laughed at. When I mentioned the false advertising they said they knew but regardless would not refund me.
