Eat Salad — Restaurant in Lyon

Myself and my partner really liked the salad and the service was excellent HOWEVER we are now both extremely ill and have been for several hours.

The common ingredients both of us chose were the pasta and salad base, the grated cheese and the pesto sauce (probably the most likely culprit).

As is the case with many build-your-own type establishments, toppings are pre prepared and sat out to be displayed. Both myself and my partner have worked for years in a similar build-your-own catering establishment so understand the pitfalls of this set up and the diligent upkeep necessary to ensure the continuous maintaining of health standards. Despite the clean look of the place, they are CLEARLY not up to health standards.

This is truly one of the absolute WORST bouts of food poisoning myself and my partner have ever had (including a time I ate prawns from a dodgy food truck located nowhere near an ocean). I do not even want to think about how we became this infected this quickly. My partner was violently ill approx. 2 hours after eating. It has now been over 12 hours and we are still extremely ill and showing no signs of stopping yet.

We unfortunately did not look at the most recent review before visiting but it seems as though this is a persistent issue. I urge the company to ask an external agency to conduct a full review of their health and safety standards/staff training because clearly nothing has improved since their most recent...

I don't know if this place is opening or not... in the platform says that opening hours from 7 till 9:30pm but when I crossed there 2 times in the airport... Ce soir à l’aéroport j’ai fait une commande a emporter via le site. Je me présente à 19h30 et étonnamment le restaurant est porte close. Tout en sachant que l’heure de fermeture s’est de 21h sur internet. Cependant, il y a des employés à l’intérieur que j’interpelle car je demande à récupérer une commande. Le responsable me dit que c’est impossible que je n’ai pas pu faire une commande à emporter je lui montre donc mon justificatif / facture en plus du code à donner. Il me prépare donc une salade mais aucunement avec les ingrédients de départs car tout était quasiment rangé. Cela m’a semblé étrange qu’un restaurant soit fermé aussi tôt.
