Terrible terrible customer service!!! I wasnt expecting to eat very delicious food obviously its a chain restaurant but there are limits! I received a cold hard empty sandwich way under what could be expected, so i nicely went to ask the server if i could possibly exchange my sandwich and pay if there is a diffrence in price.... well the men started to yell at me that "he is an employee and i cant just pick and choose and i just had to read the ingredients before choosing" so i stayed calmed and said the ingredients are not the problem the sandwich is cold hard and empty! ( and clearly the other one in the facing had more stuffing) and i asked him if customer service was a concern to them and again he yell " your in france you can change or complain about what you buy, i had barely taken 1 bite from the sandwich didnt eat the whole thing! Lets be clear its one thing not to be able to do anything about my sandwich, maybe policies says you can give a bad sandwich and not exchange for a regular one... but you should never be able to YELL...

If I could give this dump 0 stars I would. What an absolute joke of a place. 6.5€ for classic tuna baguette except they clearly put less than 1 tea spoon in.
If there was ever an airport place worse than Pret then this is well and truly it.
You're better off getting the pimpled knave next door at Burger King to serve you some of their rubbish fries and that's saying something.
