Total mayhem. Broken machines. Even ok be that worked did not produce a receipt/ticket so total confusion. Took 15 minutes to get to order, 35 minutes to be called. Then, having waited a that time, told Lipton Peach Ice Tea had run out. Asked for refund and told it was not possible. I said I had paid €2.90 do wanted money back. Told "No"! Asked for salad instead and was told they don't do salad (the salad advert was next to him?). The quality was terrible and the price around 30% more than McDonalds!! I would avoid it like the plague and go to Brioche...

Just now at Lyon Airport Burger King I had a bad experience apart from the staff being super slow and incompetent.... and having people waiting over 45 minutes waiting for the order, while they are having things prepare and getting cold, I got my order without fries, when I told the staff she told me twice I did not order and she just woke away...
I ordered from the menus which comes with drink and fries that I selected …
Now.. have I paid 12€ for 9 naggets and a 50cl...
