Exceptional service, wine list and small plates. We had an amazing dining experience here last night. We ordered in two rounds with a few plates over a delicious bottle of white burgundy and then another round of 4 plates over a bottle of red. We had a fantastic time at Bel Ami while visiting Lyon. The service was impeccable, really attentive (both French and English speaking). And the wines were out of this world. All of them had to be selected with great care. The small dishes that we shared were really tasteful, combination of flavours and texture was fantastic, both meaty and vegetarian dishes. I would definitely return again once I find myself in Lyon again. Highly recommend this...

Really enjoyed our meal at Bel Ami! We didn’t have a booking so were seated inside by friendly staff, nice relaxed interior with a cool feel without trying too hard. Helpful staff that explained the menu to us and don’t push an up sell of too many dishes like some places can do to tourists. And good thing too as the four dishes we had were delicious and we were stuffed after!
