This is one of those highly-anticipated restaurants known for its slow-cooked, smoky meats and pure comfort food. I really wanted to rate the food higher, and to be fair, the beef and sausages were quite good. However, a significant issue was that everyone at our table of six agreed the slow-cooked pork and pork belly were overwhelmingly salty across all the dishes where they featured. This affected a large portion of our platter and, as a result, the meal felt unbalanced. The lack of accompanying vegetables or bread further highlighted this imbalance. The side dishes were generally okay, with most being enjoyable, though the beans weren't a personal favorite. On a positive note, the staff were friendly and helpful. It's also worth mentioning that we experienced a considerable wait to get a table.

I didn’t know what to expect when i came to eat here but it blew my mind. The staff was super friendly, making sure we had a great dinner. The food was also amazing, meat was tender, soft and tasty. Coleslaw and the Mac and cheese also so delicious. They also have good selection of beer and complimentary nuts and bread. If i stayed longer in Lyon, i would probably comeback to eat here again.

A very nice restaurant/bar with the interesting concept of all you can eat meat but done the right way! They offer some sweet marinated meat cooked for hours which give them so much tenderness, juice and flavor 😱 also people there are super welcoming, they'll guide you through the whole concept and advise you on meat quantity to order without pushing you to over consumption which is nice. You can also find a nice beer/wine to accompany your meat but unfortunately I feel the side dishes a bit too limited. I would add at least 2 other options because they only propose 2 so if you don't like one of them, you don't have much choice on...
