Extremely bad SECURITY BEHAVIOUR in the entrance ever!!! it’s the second time I come to my holiday in this town and it’s the second time I come to try to visit this place, I get in the other places beside with no problem. always the same thing dress code is definitely not the problem as I am a fashionist and I go out always well dressed they don’t aloud us in always with the same cold and disgusting face, I have being in so many nice top rated clubs in my travel experiences in France and never in my life got so disappointed with a club entrance, I spent a mount in CANNES and got in every night I was out in the nicest clubs in the town! as I was reading the reviews I can see that the place do have a security problems and also I noticed that the management don’t really care about the costumers touts or I should say the close they eyes to solve this out? how can a place like this can still go on? That’s the question how do they close they eyes for something that bad? We are the costumers who pay your salaries and who make the place going! I live in Ireland and and never saw something like that happening in any clubs there before this is such a disgusting situation for people who just want to visit the place to have a nice time in a holiday. Extremely disgusting and disappointed and I definitely regretted to try to get in this club I’ll never try again. One star because I can’t give a ZERO. NO i didn’t arrived there late at all it was in between 1:30 2:00 in the morning so your comment does not make sense management don’t care about customers at all and the security at the entrance is just following this place rules zero...

We wanted to end our sat night out with this place... Arriving at 1am, we spent over 40 min queueing downstairs to leave our coats in the cloakroom😱. We spent a moment having drinks in the more terrace-like bar where the sound was mediocre... The main 'place' is just a huge square bar accesible from 3(?) sides but with no actual designated 'dance' area so you are in a constant flow of people 'coming and going'. The 'sitting' was reserved to what I believe was VIP 🤨basically a piece of rope separating your table from the rest of the 'dance corridor' cause you can hardly call it a dance floor... The prices were normal nightclub prices, the sound in the main area was not bad but hard to enjoy it really in such a packed place. Watching the bouncers 'interact' with some guests, they seemed tired of their job, believing the only way to impose their authority is by being harsh and unfriendly... The cherry on the cake another 30mins wait to get our coats back... would give it 3 stars if it wasn't for the eternity in the cloakroom... Maybe I caught it on a wrong evening, but definitely not be wanting to...

My recent experience at this establishment was incredibly disappointing and frustrating. We tried to reserve a table for a Saturday night, the person on the phone told me that no reservation was necessary. However, when we got there, the security guy wouldn't let us in withoutany explanation. He was really rude and didn't explain why.His refusal was not only unexpected but also delivered in a wholly inappropriate manner.

What made matters even worse was when my husband inquired if the issue was related to a personal bias, to which the security man responded with "yes", which is unacceptable and deeply disrespectful.

In our frustration, we decided to call the establishment again, seeking clarification, they informed us that we could enter "sous conditions de passer la porte," leaving us utterly perplexed about what those specific conditions might be. We were dressed formally, so it was not an issue of attire.

In light of this experience, it's disheartening to see that the establishment has received numerous negative reviews. Rather than dedicating time to responding to these negative comments, I would strongly urge the management to address the root of the problem. They need to hire a respectful security team and establish clear, non-discriminatory entry conditions.

In summary, my experience at this place was marred by a lack of professionalism, disrespectful behavior.

Ma récente expérience dans cet établissement a été incroyablement décevante et frustrante. Nous avons essayé de réserver une table pour un samedi soir, la personne au téléphone m'a dit qu'aucune réservation n'était nécessaire. Cependant, lorsque nous sommes arrivés, le videur ne nous a pas laissés entrer sans explication. Il a été vraiment impoli et n'a pas expliqué pourquoi. Son refus était non seulement inattendu, mais il a également été exprimé de manière totalement inappropriée.

Ce qui a encore empiré les choses, c'est lorsque mon mari a demandé si le problème était lié à un préjugé personnel, auquel le videur a répondu par un "oui", ce qui est inacceptable et profondément irrespectueux.

Dans notre frustration, nous avons décidé d'appeler à nouveau l'établissement pour demander des éclaircissements. Ils nous ont informés que nous pouvions entrer "sous conditions de passer la porte", nous laissant complètement perplexes quant à la nature de ces conditions spécifiques. Nous étions habillés de manière formelle, donc ce n'était pas une question de tenue vestimentaire.

À la lumière de cette expérience, il est décourageant de constater que l'établissement a reçu de nombreuses critiques négatives. Plutôt que de consacrer du temps à répondre à ces commentaires négatifs, je recommande vivement à la direction de s'attaquer à la racine du problème. Ils doivent embaucher une équipe de sécurité respectueuse et établir des conditions d'entrée claires et non discriminatoires.

En résumé, mon expérience dans cet endroit a été entachée par un manque de professionnalisme et un comportement...
