Comfortable café in a good location situated near the University and a short walk from either metro stop Victor Hugo or Perrache. Prices are very reasonable and Wi-Fi is available. This location boasts a nice selection of pastries and the coffee appeared to be from Lavazza. I had a cappuccino this visit and it was topped off with a little latte art and accompanied by a petite madeline. Other than that, there was nothing to note about the cappuccino, it came as expected, not great, not bad, very drinkable.

The décor was not my favorite, very reminiscent of many other cafés in Lyon. Industrial style lighting, reclaimed wood and chalk blackboard menus on the walls. Oddly, but somewhat refreshing, there was a striped wall with an animal skull mounted on it along with what appeared to be a cowskin stool.

Breakfast and lunch is also sold here starting at €5,90 and €7,00, respectively.

Pricing is very reasonable. I personally cringe when I see non-simplified pricing such as €2,80, €2,90 etc. Still, pricing is on par, or better than many competitors that use the same products.

Toilet is a very narrow space so be aware.

Amazing Salads! These Ladies are great! and the food is super fresh and high quality and so delicious! I had a salad with (butter?)beans, tomatoes, eggplant. I am an exceptionally picky judge, and am always at least a little disappointed with restaurant salads... with the exception of this place!!
