We were the first into the restaurant on a Tuesday at 7pm and we were greeted warmly by Stéphanie Jambon, one of the owners. We were able to have a nice conversation with her about the restaurant as there were no other customers yet, (although by 7:20 the place was nearly full). The chef and co-owner, Erik Jambon also came out and told us of some of his history and then described his signature dish, Le Quenelle de Brochet. We both ordered that for our main plate as well as Chef's amazing Rillettes Poulet as an entreé. Stéphanie steered us to a bottle of excellent Viognier to pair with our meal and everything was excellent. The calm comfortable atmosphere helped make the evening that much more enjoyable.
