Being Hotel professional and attending this place since the opening, I need to say that they really need a Maitre or proper Dir F&B to manage this place well. The waitress just care about having fun with other friends while you are unattended. You need to ask for basic service steps as they are not able to provide (like napkins). Drinks not greatly done but this is for me a small detail if they are attentive. There were enough waiters but total disorganization. When they were about to close, one waitress told us 15 minutes (as we had still some wine bottle to enjoy) and suddenly another one came and started to take our glasses filled with wine. I asked her if she could not wait 5-10 minutes as her colleagues told us 15 and she said no as they were closing. Very unprofessional and rude.
