Excellent new restaurant offering Gourmet spring rolls ( a first in Lyon) , homemade by a young (and friendly) chef trained at the Paul Bocuse Institute. Was verrassend lekker! Asian fusion concept met smaken van Thailand, Vietnam, Indonesië, Japan en Korea. Grappig, maar wel lekker. De GÔi CuÎn rol was rijk gevuld met crispy chicken met Thais geroosterde basilicum, sla en noodles met pinda dipsaus met een vleugje vissaus erdoor.

Bibimbap ĂĄ la Thaise versie was ook super lekker. Een zuurtje erbij was perfect geweest, zoals een ingemaakte Vietnamese wortel reepjes of Koreaanse radijs.

Wonton Noodle soup was lekker. Had andere noodles gebruikt. Deze noodles zijn perfect om te wokken. Niet voor in de soep.

Prijs kwaliteitsniveau was perfect. Zou ook grotere porties aanbieden voor grote eters 😝. We kwamen net aan in Lyon na 9 uur rijden vanuit Rotterdam. Waren een beetje moe anders had ik wel meer...
