Very rude people. We came at 13.00 on a market day and I don’t know if they just didn’t want foreigners or they didn’t feel like serving more customers, but they said we couldn’t sit down on the terrace ‘because the table might get wet from the rain’. (Yes we speak French) but the table was under the marquis!! And other people were actually eating at tables withóut any umbrella. So we said: ok we’ll take the table that is for sure dry, but even there they didn’t want us. We come to Cluny every year but we’ll be telling everyone that this establishment is to be avoided...

Ontvangst begon allervriendelijkst en het leek goed te komen. Maar vervolgens werd het chaotisch. Gerechten uitserveren die we niet besteld hadden, drankjes vergeten. Vervolgens het correcte gerecht gekregen. Maar de saus smaakte helemaal verbrand en er zaten ook verbrande stukken in. Heel bitter. Dit teruggegeven. Werd niet heel vriendelijk op gereageerd. Na een tijdje kreeg ik een nieuw bord. Dat smaakte wederom helemaal verbrand. Heb het laten staan en niet gegeten. Helaas kwam niemand tussendoor vragen of het smaakte (wellicht wisten ze al hoe laat het was?). Bij het afruimen wel aangegeven. Je zag dat er een half hapje van gegeten was! En wat denk je? Staat het gerecht wél op de rekening. Echt enorm onvriendelijk en niet service gericht. We hebben erop gestaan dit niet te betalen. Na zuchten ging ze hiermee akkoord....
