We stayed in Macon for a longer trip and this was one of my favorite restaurants in Macon, so much so that we ate here twice. The chef is very talented, all of the flavors are fresh, creative, and well balanced. The dishes are cooked expertly (especially all of the fish dishes, they were perfect). Even the menu enfant was cooked with care, with such amazing vegetables that my daughter gobbled them up. The tasting menu is such a great price, and the wine pairings were phenomenal. I was very impressed by the cheese course of green beans and gorgonzola. So simple yet so delicious. If you like to be surprised and you don't have any allergies - it will be a high quality meal for a reasonable price!

Accompanying wines are a nice to have gimmick but check their wine list, it's worth trying.

The staff probably speaks English but does it unwillingly.

Restaurant soit disant gastronomique. Doit vraiment faire des progrès. L’accueil est impersonnel et froid. Le soir il y a deux menus surprise en proposition. Nous avons trouvé une bonne idée. Mais les plats sont insipides et sans imagination. Deux fois du thon, deux plats de poissons sans aucun goût. Le plaît de viande proposé était un agneau, le goût était trop fort. Les desserts sont moyens. Nous avons choisi le plateau de fromage et avons précisé que une personne voulait du chèvre et l’autre non. On nous sert deux plats avec du fromage de vache et même si nous avions réclamé , on n’a pas fait un geste pour changer. Pour le dessert, on nous demande de garder notre cuillère déjà utilisé et sale pour le second dessert. Alucinant pour un restaurant soit disant gastronomique! L’accord avec les vins était très bien et la seule personne qui nous a rendu notre soirée pour agréable était Naomi, de bonne humeur et avec des bonnes connaissances des vins.
