L'Osmose — Restaurant in Marseille

We were attracted by the very good score of this place. Arriving there by lunch time, there was only 1 server for full house. The menu in here was not the same there. Starter/plate/dessert for 18€ was not available. Prices were different too (higher). There was no table menu, and to understand the options was really difficult. The bowl meat was good, but the tuna filet was much less than expectation, especially for a 24€ plate. The filet came with lots of dark spots, terrible taste. My wife and myself ended both on toilet... Considering all the other good scores, that could be bad luck, but hard for me to give a...

Absolutely no atmosphere, but great food, my comment to the owner was "You deserve to be busier than you are". Had fined at a highly touted restaurant the previous night, paid multiples more for a less than satisfying experience. Ce restaurant ne correspond plus aux commentaires élogieux qui ont été faits. les tarifs ont explosé (soupe à 17 €, bobun à 15 €. ) Il n'y a plus de menu, donc c'est uniquement à la carte. Compter 30€ par personne pour entrée et plat, sans café, ni dessert, ni boisson.

La proposition de plats est loin d'être aussi variée que ce que laisse supposer les photos. J'étais venue pour trouver de l'originalité : c'est raté.

Côté saveur c'est parfois plus goûtu que les standards du genre, mais plutôt grâce à quelques ingrédients (kimchi par ex) et sauces, distribués avec parcimonie.

Le nem du bobun était petit, surtout très dur, difficile à mâcher, avec peu de garniture et un goût de farine (?).

Cuisson de l'oeuf parfait : pas parfaite. Le jaune était à la limite de dur. Et l'oeuf était tout froid, ce qui lui fait perdre son intérêt

Côté quantité et bien non, ce n'est pas du tout copieux. Il y a de la marge avant d'arriver en haut du bol.
