If I could, I would give this place negative stars. We were aware it only had a 3.7 rating at the time of our visit, but we were really craving raclette and thought it might be worth the risk — we had no idea what we were in for. The place felt shady the moment we stepped in: dark and not clean.

First of all, the bartender was constantly picking his nose the entire time we were in the restaurant.

We were a group of four. Three of us ordered raclette and wine, and the fourth person — who had never tried raclette before — didn’t want to order a full portion, so they went for two side dishes instead. This apparently enraged the waiter, who became extremely rude and started “arguing” with me through Google Translate, since he didn’t speak English and I didn’t speak French. Even though we had already ordered quite a bit, he insisted — quite aggressively and with unexpected, unpleasant gestures — that if there are four people, there must be four main dishes ordered. Let me point out, we’ve dined in restaurants all over the world, including high-end ones, and no one has ever imposed such a rule, especially not in a place like that. Eventually, after I told him to stop insisting since we had already ordered plenty and would probably order more, he gave in — but only after rolling his eyes and throwing the menus on the table. Sadly, we ended up not eating the raclette after all, as we got up and left. I have never been treated like that in any restaurant, ever.

Also, I took a look at the only other occupied table in the restaurant, and the food looked far from appetizing. The ingredients seemed old, and the potatoes were simply boiled, unpeeled, and...

Nice restaurant with a strong cheese smell, so just go there if you like cheese 😅 Me and my friends had an enjoyable Raclette, it was quite good but we thought in the end it was a bit expensive regarding the quality of the cheese maybe because the wine price...The waiter was nice. The only negative point goes to the fact that when we arrived there was on the table two small entries "tapenade" wich was finished by the time the rest of the group arrived so we asked for one more and the waiter refused it...I didn't knew it was for free or better included in the price but I think he could have brought it and charge 2 euros more instead of saying NO. Anyway has i mentioned for the final price we individually paid (36€ ) he could had brought that extra tapenade, and this review ...

Pas à la hauteur ! Nous nous délections par avance de partager en famille une bonne fondue, au cœur de l'hiver. Nous en avons été pour nos frais, c'est le cas de le dire : 25 € par personne la fondue "classique", rajoutez les boissons et les desserts, ça fait plus de 100 € pour trois convives… Si encore la fondue avait été à la hauteur de l'attente, mais très loin de là : hyper liquide, les bouts de pain n'accrochaient rien, tout coulait dessus. Nous avons avisé un premier serveur, qui a souri, puis rien…, puis un second, qui a ramené le plat en cuisine. Nous est revenue une fondue un peu plus consistante, mais absolument pas goûteuse, sans saveur, à se demander quelle qualité de fromage avait été utilisée. Sincèrement, on se régale davantage quand on la prépare nous-mêmes, et pourtant on n’est pas des pros ! Bref, décevant, et ne parlons même pas de la quantité de pain mise à disposition (une douzaine de morceaux pour 3 au départ), il a fallu en redemander. En outre, là encore, du pain grillé, là où il aurait fallu du pain rassis. Repas à peine rattrapé par les desserts, convenons qu’ils étaient bien meilleurs, surtout la crème glacée au café, délicieuse ! Dernier détail qui montre le manque d’implication de l’ensemble du service : en allant payer au comptoir, le patron nous dit qu’il nous offre 3 verres de limoncello, et passe la consigne à ses serveurs. Je retourne du coup à ma table, le cœur plus léger de cette attention. Nous attendons 5 mn, 10 mn, ….. les serveurs vont et viennent, nous regardent même parfois. Mais aucun verre de la boisson promise n’arrivera jamais… Nous nous sommes levés et sommes sortis. Encore une enseigne qui ne nous reverra jamais, et si je pouvais, au travers de notre expérience, vous éviter cette déconvenue, j’aurais fait...
