The worst pizza I have ever eaten. I would strongly recommend the “cook” to take a trip to Italy and learn what a pizza looks and tastes like. Or maybe just google a picture of a real pizza and spot the differences. I ordered a Margherita, the most fundamental pizza: it wasn’t even on the menu..and you don’t substitute mozzarella with emmental cheese. The pizza tasted like a frozen one with a ton of cheap cheese on top. Ingredients were cheap quality. I asked for a Margherita pizza with olives: the pizza had 4 olives. At Marie’s Bistro Venetian I was able to choose from many dishes that I could hardly make a decision with so many choices and joy. Great selection. The pizza a poem! The gluten-free dough from the wood-fired oven is in no way inferior to the wheat one! The Thai salad was also delicious and skillfully served! Thanks for the opportunity! and I hope that Covid will at least keep this restaurant alive. Because it was the only that survived after the Corona year! I wish you continued success! 🇫🇷 Excellente gastronomie ! Je souffre de la maladie cœliaque et je n'ai nulle part où manger. Chez Marie, j'ai pu choisir parmi de nombreux plats que je pouvais à peine prendre une décision avec autant de choix et de joie. Grand choix. La pizza un poème ! La pâte sans gluten du four à bois n'est en rien inférieure à la centrig de blé ! La salade thaïlandaise était également délicieuse et savamment servie!
