Don’t repeat our mistake and avoid this place at all costs. We wanted to have some brunch and choose this place due to its positive reviews. We ordered beef and chicken shawarma, kofta, hummus, baba ghanush as well as some fries and salad. The food was disgusting, actually nothing was cooked just reheated in a microwave, even fries. You cannot call something shawarma if it’s cooked in a water and seasoned with a little bit of spices. I suppose even Arabic pita was frozen, when the guy had served it to us just out of the microwave it was still cold. I should give one star for the hummus as it was nothing special but okay, even though it is hard to spoil hummus. Pricing in this place is crazy - we got a lovely dinner instead in Syrian restaurant even for less than we paid in La Beirut. The good reviews are probably from the friends of owner or from people who never tried...
Read moreLe Beirut Mezze Bar really took me by surprise. It’s rare to find a place that captures the feeling of home so well—both in the food and in the way you're welcomed.
The mezze were simple and full of flavour—the kind of food that doesn't try too hard, because it doesn’t need to. The moutabbal had that proper smoky depth, the falafel were hot and crunchy, and the tabbouleh was fresh and lemony, just how I like it.
What stood out most was the lemonade. It instantly reminded me of Batroun—ice cold, sharp, and slightly sweet. It’s such a small thing, but it brought a real sense of nostalgia.
The whole meal had that feeling of being invited into someone’s home—not a restaurant trying to be trendy or flashy, just good, honest food made with care.

Read moreA wonderful little restaurant to eat fine specialities from Lebanon. It felt very nostalgic to eat lebanese authentic food here.
We recommend the Tabuleh, the sandwich with the chicken which is wrapped in actual arab bread. Also we also especially recommend the Samboussa with fromage and also with beouf, we ordered this multiple times. The chicken and the boeuf was very tender and full of flavor. And the dessert Baklava was actually one of the best Baklavas I've had. As a drink I had the lebanese lemonade, which was very refreshing and very light balanced in sweetness and the citrus.
The service was very kind and passionate about the food they do. 10/10 would...
