Tout simplement du vol! Fuyez!! Habituée à m'y rendre les midis, un avoir m'a été fait de 5€70 fin Décembre 2022 (pour compenser le montant d'un ticket restaurant par rapport au prix à payer). Cet avoir n'a pas de durée limitée dans le temps. J'ai voulu l'utiliser début Février 2023, celui-ci étant bien rangé dans mon porte feuille en faisant attention à ne pas plier le QR code (à la demande de la vendeuse, j'ai donc gardé mon ticket sans pli dans une pochette du portefeuille).... et bien il m'a été refusé pour le motif suivant : l'encre s'est un peu effacé et le système n'arrive pas à lire le QR Code. Le montant est quant à lui bien visible à fin du ticket. Résultat 5€70 de perdu puisque la patronne n'a pas voulu me rendre les 5€70 qui m'appartienne sur mon espace client; et n'a même pas daigné me rappeler (mon numéro avait été noté) Du très beau vol !!! I come to Taste regularly for coffee and pastries since I work right next to there - besides the good quality of the products, I really like the team working there - they are always smiling, polite and helpful. The café has a nice atmosphere too, especially because they always play good music in this café....
