Went there on a Monday evening. It looked as if the products were displayed in the buffet since yesterday. Many, many food was dried out. But the items that were fresh, had a good quality. Had wished everything was fresh, so we could have taken more variation. The taste of the sushi is okay. Using the wok is okay, but the items for grill are dried out (chicken skewer, beef and so on). Hygiene standards at the buffet are below average. Les sushis et makis méritent d'être posés sur une plaque réfrigérée, la qualité gustative est présente. Les plats préparés comme les crevettes au gros sel sont excellents, on sent que les cuisiniers maîtrisent leur art culinaire (y'a d'amour là dedans 😂), le choix est abondant, je me régale ☺️ revenons sur les fritures: certaines doivent être accompagnées de sauce cependant le nem végétal au chou se laisse manger tout seul😉 les beignets de calamar sont croustillants pas de surprise à manger un gros élastique 😂 dans les accompagnements j'ai love les champignons de paris revenus dans une sauce secrète😉les pommes de terre sont délicieuses ( mais j'aimerai bien savoir si les ingrédients utilisés ne sont pas à base de jus de viande ou crustacés peut-être une pastille vég serait nécessaire sur les pancartes... Haricots verts croquants rissolés...le saumon très bien cuit... Bref vous l'aurez compris j'ai goûté un peu de tout exceptés les plats en viande, je conseille ce restaurant, bien que la cuisine manque d'isolation phonique, le bruit ambiant reste résonnable😇 le personnel est à remercier car bien que le buffet soit à volonté l'accueil est chaleureux et le service humblement efficace.
