McDonald's — Restaurant in Millau

Visited the MacDonalds in Millau today. I've literally never ever experienced such totally distrastrous visit to a Mac Donalds anywhere worldwide.

We ordered and were supposed to be served in the restaurant. After a while our order arrived incomplete. We had the receipt so could show which item was missing, a beef wrap. A while later it supposedly arrived. But it was a chicken wrap, as stated by a sticker on the outside of the paper wrapper. By then we had discovered all the French fries were very cold and soggy, and lacked salt. Not to speak about the dismal quality of the burgers.

Once at the till, to get the mistakes sorted out properly, the Kafkaesque experience really took off properly. I was asked if I had opened the wrapper of the chicken wrap. Obviously we hadn't, which was easily seen as both wrapper and sticker stating it was a chicken wrap were perfectly intact. I was then told to open the wrapper, and check myself what was in there. I suffer from a serious hand condition and wear gloves to protect my hands. I openend the wrap, careful not to touch it. The self proclaimed manager then grabbed the wrap, stuck his bare fingers in and opened it up. He shoved it in my face stating it was beef. He then said it was common to mislabel the wraps and expected me to take back the wrap he manhandled with his bare hands. I refused. Things got exponentially worse hereafter. The issue of the ice cold fries wasn't even addressed at first. Instead I was I was asked if I was serious when I asked for a new wrap. The literal words used by the self proclaimed manager were "are you kidding me" . The wrap issue never was solved properly, so we demanded our money back.the French fries issue only was resolved because I made sure to see what happened to the ones returned. It was only because I was watching and the guy noticed, that the cold ones were binned an new ones provided. They were equally cold, soggy and bad. The entire experience was dismal. Bas3d on other reviews here it is the highest time Mac Donald's France takes an interest in this location. It suffers from total lack of interest in providing properly prepared Mac Donalds food and even worse the proper skills to deal with reasonable complaints in a polite and service oriented way are sorely lacking. Zero stars. Actually we want our money back, an never asked that before..it...

Literally the worst McDonald's I've ever been to, out of every country I've ever visited... The fries were terrible, hard/stale, and cold. Two of us threw our fries away, but the third asked for new ones, which were even harder than the first and without any salt (they obviously just threw them back into the deep fryer to warm them up, which is disrespectful and deceitful to say the least). The burgers were also soggy and luke warm, as if they had been sitting under a heat lamp for hours.

The staff was obviously overworked (and in need of additional training) and received little to no support from management, causing them to screw up our order. The sanitation was poor (even more of a problem considering the pandemic). It seems they do not care about their employees or their customers.

The bathrooms were in disarray. There was no soap nor toilet paper in either the men's or women's bathrooms, and both smelt strongly of urine (the floor of the men's bathroom was actually sticky).

You can't expect much from McDonald's, but this place was beyond disappointing. I have no idea how they stay...

Most disgusting McDonalds ever, a shame for the brand, the standards, the food, in every aspect. We waited 45 min for 4 menu. I never witnessed this before at a McDonalds. Flies everywhere, in the restaurant we saw dozens, flying around, on the floor, in the kitchen, on the food. Quality of the food it self was horrible. We complained at the desk because we were already waiting for 30 minutes, standing there for 30 minutes together with at least 20 other customers, our food was already prepared for the same 30 minutes before we received it. The reason according to the manager was that we were waiting for the drinks as there were no staff members to provide the drinks. Can u believe it. @McDonalds corporate, you should not allow this. This takes away everything...
