Great food, questionable service.

We spent 1 hour waiting for the wine, 2 hours waiting for our pizza (that in the end we had to take away), and eternity waiting for wine glasses, which never arrived at all. Even after asking for them a few times. It felt really no one cared about us. That was very frustrating, especially given that it was supposed to be a birthday dinner.

After we asked for our order for the third time, it looked like it hadn’t been registered correctly due to an incident in the kitchen or some thing.

I thought they could offer us wine or desert, or digestive, or a cookie, or at least the manager could have come and apologise directly for this absence of service but nothing of that sort happened.

I understand it seemed really busy that evening, but we called and booked a table before coming, and if the restaurant was full, they could have told us so, then we could have found another place.

Nous avons été attirés par les bons avis google élogieux à propos de l’établissement. Une fois sur place nous avons été très déçus des tapas proposés : 12€ pour une « meringue de chèvre » qui n’est autre qu’un fromage de chèvre posé sur une salade non lavée.. étant indiqué sur la carte qu’il était accompagné de croûtons à l’ail, nous avons demandé ce qu’il en était une fois le plat déposé devant nous. Il n’y en avait plus, mais nous n’avons pas été prévenus au moment de la commande, ni même tout court si nous n’avions pas demandé. Le pull pork bun était constitué de quelque minuscules morceaux de viande entre deux grosses tranches de pain, la salade encore une fois non lavée (croquante de terre…). Nous sommes déçus de la qualité et de la quantité des produits par rapport au prix de chaque tapas. Étonnés, nous nous sommes rendus compte que les avis google concernaient en réalité Baci Baci, ancien restaurent italien installé à cette place. Le Mimosa surf sur les avis positifs de l’ancien restaurant. La serveuse était toutefois très souriante et agréable, nous n’avons pas à la pénaliser pour ça. Les cocktails sont...

Liked the setting and the pizza was pretty good. They did forget an element of my pizza (the balsamic) and the service left a lot to be desired. It took a long time to get wine, for example. It was a busy Saturday night so will give it one more try since it was recommended by a friend and the pizza was the best we’ve had so far here. (Want to try the desserts...
