Revenge steak!!
The food was very tasty but the service was disappointing, it took forever to get attention and to finally order. The steak order was "Á Point / medium rare" and we received "Bien Cuit / well done" we asked for a reorder and yet again received the same piece of meat on the same plate cooked through even more, we sent it back again and clarified things to not have the same issue.
Once we received the new steak with the right order the waitress waited aggressively with an attitude forcing the customer to check his steak in front of her (which btw was completely raw and not medium rare as ordered) (a bit of a revenge steak situation hahaha). Maya had a very bad attitude which was completely unnecessary ruining the evening and making the customer feel belittled and at fault in the scenario. She later mentioned that their chefs cook their steak "differently". However the way steak is cooked is universal and their chef should stick to the standards. Overall a great evening ruined by Mayas unprofessional and childish attitude.

I'm not used to be so meticulous on putting negative feedback but i would like to explain the situation. I passed by just to have a coffee around 18 pm and I had a look inside in order to understand if it was still open since there were 2 ladies outside. The 4 waitresses didn'teven notice me and were talking to each other. Well then i decided to take a seat cause it looked like open. Then few minutes later despite the fact that all the staff was avoiding me I stood up and got closer to ask them (while they were keep chatting to each other) if they could serve us and the answer was "non, on a coupé le service" hence I said to them "il fallait le dire" and I received a fantastic pathetic reply like: "well we had replied to your question now, you should have asked for it before". So NOW it's a customer's duty to inform the stuff that the service it's actually over. Bravo! Thank you ladies, that was a good lesson for today. SURELY THE FOOD IS AMAZING as everybody say maybe...but their service today was not...
Read moreThat was probably the unfriendliest experience I've ever had in a restaurant. I think it was over when we asked for an english menu. The waitress said that we should go somewhere else for that and gestured for us to go away in a very cold way. We stayed anyway because the food sounded great (and it was) and we thought at that point that it’s some kind of misunderstanding. But it got worse. We then tried to speak in french, but got laughed at for that. Menu, drinks and food were slammed onto our table without even looking at us. At the end the waitress insulted my mum for not understanding her acoustically. When I translated my mum what she meant, she already was going away from us, gesturing aggressively in my direction, saying something like „listen to her“. Terrible treatment, we were shaky...
