KFC Montpellier Perols — Restaurant in Montpellier

i went to KFC at Parc Expo in Montpelleir and i could not have been any more disappointed by the customer care. We bought a bucket combo for 2 and were given 1fork. I returned to the counter to ask for another and a very rude lanky white man with a long goatee asked me why i dont eat and finish then give the fork to the person i was with to eat after me regardless of his food having cooled or watching me eat. His follow up was so annoying he said "Its just a question ?" I considered this extremely racist since an older white man ordered at the same time as us and got a lot of cutlery yet he ordered a meal for one person.

Please either change that server immediately. My food ended up tasting horrible due to the anger i felt from his behavior and the general behaviour of another short black man who deliberately followed me to...

Worst KFC i have ever been to bar none , DO NOT GO HERE period.

Wings were small old and the opposite of tender, Fries were cold and soggy

More expensive than KFC's in the Netherlands

Menus don't include corn or coleslaw you have to order these separately for €1,50

You don't get wet cloths to clean your hands after eating which results in there being a line to the one sink in the bathroom

Toilets are disgusting (piss everywhere) and there is no toilet paper. The small amount of positives aren't...

Commande passée au drive samedi 28 septembre, 1er guichet de la commande tout va bien, 2ème guichet le paiement vu qu ils encaissent très bien aussi et là nous arrivons au 3ème guichet pour récupérer notre commande... vous voyez ces images du désert où à part les bottes de paille il n y a rien? c'est ce que nous avons vécu pendant 20 interminables minutes... les voitures derrière nous se mettaient même à klaxonner...!!! Nous récupérons enfin la commande et vu que nous n étions plus à 5 minutes près, nous décidons de nous garer sur le parking et avons vérifié la commande (erreur de notre part nous avons juste compté les burgers), il manquait un wrap, obligée d entrer dans le restaurant (qui m a paru sale, sombre et limite vetuste au passage) pour le récupérer... il nous attendait sagement au comptoir... Arrivé à la maison, nous allions enfin pouvoir manger tranquillement pensez vous !??! Et bien NON !!! Sur 6 burgers commandés, 3 ne nous appartenaient pas... pire encore des burgers que nous ne mangeons et n aimons pas... je passe les sauces oubliées bien que demandées à chaque guichet... bref ça faisait longtemps qu on était pas aller chez KFC et je suis pas sûre qu on y revienne suite à cette expérience à Perols... je félicite quand même les 2 voitures qui étaient derrière nous durant ce long moment et qui sont partis en 12 secondes sans vérifier le contenu de leurs sacs, mention spéciale à vous pour votre confiance dans cette...
