The starters and main courses were all very good and tasteful. And the waiter was caring and listened to us. We have been to several Lebanese restaurants in different parts of the world and this is the best! The dishes are well presented, the food is delicious. The owner is a very special man! I am very grateful to him for always being so kind and accommodating to us, especially the few times when my family and I arrived late at his restaurant. Je suis venue avec l’envie de découvrir une bonne cuisine libanaise, mais tout était décevant : plats fades, sans goût, rien d’authentique. Ce n’était clairement pas à la hauteur de ce qu’on attend d’un restaurant libanais.

Mais le pire restait à venir. Un client, devant tout le monde, a tenu des propos choquants : « Vivement qu’ils se cassent ces Arabes, je reviendrai tout à l’heure ». Et là, silence total. Le personnel, y compris le patron, n’a absolument rien dit. Aucun mot. Ce genre de propos racistes n’a rien à faire dans un lieu public, encore moins dans un restaurant censé accueillir tout le monde avec respect.

À cela s’ajoute un comportement totalement déplacé du patron : il buvait de l’alcool en plein service et a clairement montré de l’agacement lorsque je lui ai posé des questions sur la carte. Aucun sens du service, aucune considération pour les clients.

Je suis repartie choquée, mal à l’aise, et avec un profond malaise. Je ne remettrai plus jamais les pieds dans cet établissement, et je vous déconseille...
