Staff are absolutely horrendous to anyone who isn’t French. My partner and I watched the staff humiliate a young couple who were trying their best to speak french (As someone who has a degree in French literature I thought they were doing a fantastic job). The staff ensured that the whole restaurant new about the faux pas the couple accidentally made and tried their absolute best to embarrass them. This is another small restaurant in the seemingly endless string of mediocre tourist-oriented restaurants, one of which you couldn't throw a stone in Sète without hitting. The menu features a fair selection of seafood (naturally) that all seems to be prepared in as middling a manner as possible. Absolutely wonderful experience! From the moment we walked in, the staff made us feel so welcome and taken care of. Everyone was incredibly friendly and attentive, and the service was outstanding—easily one of the best I’ve had in a long time.
