Really special little restaurant, a real gem of a discovery tucked away in Huningue. Owner/Manager/Server, extremely friendle and accommodating of our wishes. Very professional and knowledgeable. Food was excellent. I particularly like this cuisine because it's generally very healthy. Similarities to Indian, but not so liberal on oils and fats. Plenty of options for vegetarian/vegan diet, I was literally torn over my choices for appetiser. I would have liked to have tried them all. Well priced, but not massive portions. We tried this neighbourhood restaurant on our way back from Basel and it was amazing. The food was delicious, especially the lamb shank. The portions are good for the price.

The service is professional and friendly and the staff have excellent English despite our sweet waitress saying her English isn’t very good, when in fact it was perfect.

It tastes exactly as you would back in Afghanistan or Persia. It has the best decor and ambiance. Not to exaggerate but the bathrooms were so clean, fully decked out and supremely surgically scrubbed - I felt like I was in a hotel.
