Le Cercle — Restaurant in Mulhouse

Surprisingly great place to spend your evening, especially if you are first time in Mulhouse. Easy to find and close to city center. Cozy atmosphere inside, calm and nice. Staff is absolutely friendly and ready to help. We didn't speak French but still were helped with choice. Each (!!!) Menu item was explained and recommended in what state to order. Menu is quite great, not big, but you will find quite tasty items there. Even burger was good and tender, amazing! Each main course features some side dish included. I would recommend to come here by your own foot. That way you will be able to try vines as well. :) Recommended, and might be a good experience to get acquainted...

A simply excellent restaurant. Flavours were spectacular. During the evening there was a proposal - a woman proposing to a man - which the staff facilitated and filmed. Goes to show what a lovely restaurant this is, that someone would want to get engaged here. It's dimly lit in the evenings, has a classy ambience and typical of independent French restaurants has a menu of maybe 8 main dishes. Service was leisurely, portions great. What a meal! Only stopped in Mulhouse on a long cross Europe car journey as a family of 6, with low expectations of food. But chancing upon Le Cercle was outstanding, the best meal of our Italian and French road trip.

Outstanding tacos, Wok Thai noodles, fish curry, apple tart and chocolate fondant. Every dish a delight and shared amongst us all.

Passionate is an over used word but warranted to describe the owner's care for...
