Come here to experience authentic Italian cuisine with French hospitality! The pasta of the day was a true masterpiece! Decorated tastefully with fresh vegetables, prosciutto and mozzarella on top. The flavours were intertwined and every bite was different from the next! It was my first time trying piadina, so I really cannot compare it, but it was delicious! The wine from Sicily was superb. The host and the chef were friendly and it was evident that they love what they do! If I was living in Nimes, I would gladly dine here every day to try all 25...

I want to graciously thank the owner/manager of this restaurant for the sincere and compassionate care and assistance he gave to me in July 2023. I had a kidney stone event and he kindly helped in every way possible by letting me stay in the building, offering to call for a doctor or EMT. He even went to a nearby pharmacy to get pain meds. Par où commencer....

1. Sûrement l'un des meilleurs restaurants italiens où j'ai pu manger en France.
2. L'Humain et le cœur sont présents et rien que cela est rare et précieux. Il faut en être conscient et être en capacité de pouvoir apprécier l'un et l'autre si vous vous y arrêtez et vous aurez fait le bon choix dans ce cas car on pourrait facilement passer devant sans y prêter attention.

• Quelle belle surprise de la Vie que de tomber ce mercredi soir sur ce petit resto quasi transparent dans les ruelles de Nîmes. Un vrai humain m'accueille avec douceur et une sensibilité palpable. Un petit verre de vin blanc conseillé par l'humain bienveillant vient clairement égailler mon palais.... Je commande une toute simple assiette de pâtes aux cèpes et speck et un verre rouge.....Whaouuu !! Whaouuu bis !!!!! L'épicurien s'est régalé et vraiment la qualité des produits est exceptionnelle. Je termine le repas avec un tiramisu très honorable et ..... un autre verre de vin rouge...Quelle merveille ce vin rouge.

Je suis un peu exigeant et ma moyenne s'établit plutôt à 15/20 plutôt que 10/20, je peux donc vous recommander cet insignifiant restaurant car vous repartirez heureux et même ravis.
